Sovereignty. Peace. Calm. Independence. A profound state of self love. To feel strong. Confident. Present and aware. Emotionally balanced. Genuinely fulfilled. Healthy in both mind and body. To release any forms of codependence, regret, resentment. To feel and embody wholeness. To release external conditioning and expectations and live lives we know we're called to live. To fully BE and EXPRESS who we truly are... Isn't that what we're all seeking? To feel at home inside ourselves? My question to you today is what are you doing to create a more loving, nurturing, nourishing place to "live"? One of the greatest gifts I think we can offer ourselves is the feeling of contentment and fulfillment in being with ourselves, and BEING ourselves. To feel at peace, also, simply being in solitude. To know, and I mean KNOW, who and what you are at a core and essential level and love that. So, question for today, how can we make our minds and bodies feel more and more like "home"? Reflect on it.
