Laughter is Nourishment. It feeds our soul. Today was a busy day of errands that took way longer than I had hoped. It ended at a mall; which is not my favorite way to shop. I was on the last drops of makeup and the store was in a mall. I had been avoiding it for a month. So here I was at a mall on a Saturday night. Yay me! I have been using the same makeup brand for over 20 years. It is sustainable and chemical free. Well I learned today that they are fading out the makeup line, they have been bought out by a conglomerate and my reward points are gone. So what does this have to do with laughter? Well, the first store referred me to another store. I wasn’t thrilled but I really needed makeup. So here I go to another mall store. They were busy. I waited and then here comes Joe. He was kind, attentive, and really funny. His stores were genuine and engaging. It didn’t matter that it took a while, I had entertainment! Ultimately I got the products I needed and I left with a smile on my face. Laughter and Joy make difference. Joe exudes laughter, kindness and joy. Thank you Joe for nourishing my soul.
