What have you found the most powerful in your healing journey? For me, it's been self compassion, awareness, better understanding, mutual support and knowing you're not alone. Things having a negative effect might be attempting to do too much, toxic company, lack of sleep and alcohol. Connecting with nature has also helped, as has exercise (do something you enjoy) but it's been the compassion and awareness that have been key. Can we share our thoughts and experiences? πŸ™
