Central to my work and business is something called The Vitality Test. It's a way to understand yourself and others based on energy types. But I'm thinking of changing its name to The Broken Vitality Test. We've had increasing software problems over the last few months until the test engine broke down completely - the central part of my business and work has gone along with my plans and programs! Within this Guidely group https://community.guidely.com/groups/NICKHAINES we explore the Energy of this time, which I call the Energy Waves. We're currently in a Water Energy phase, meaning we have something going on about consequences, resources, purpose, and potential. So at the Five Institute, we are suffering with the consequences of a slightly older-than-ideal software setup and, at the same time, being supported by people who love what we do. It's all consequences. Plus, we have the potential to create something even better - or be creative. The Water Energy phase is also a time for celebrating and recognising what we've done well. So, let me know what you're proud of and have done well. 🎉 And if you're being given some consequences (like us), then share that, both good and bad. You're amongst friends. And never alone.
