Today, I want to share with you a simple mudra to honor your inner wisdom, and to support the female reproductive system. Interlace the fingers inward with the left little finger on the bottom. 2. Join the pads of the index fingers and extend them forward. 3. Join the pads of the thumbs and extend them back towards the body. 4. Rest the hands below the navel or on the lap. 5.
