Grief Truth List 🌪 1. You can grieve what you never had (i.e. hopes and dreams) 2. There is no timeline for grieving. You can't rush it. 3. Everyone grieves differently. Try not to compare yourself to others 4. Grief can make you question your life, your purpose, your goals 5. Any loss you grieve is a valid loss, though people will make you feel otherwise.
