Happy Sleep Awareness Week! 💤 How will you upgrade your sleep this week to receive the benefits all year long??? As a yoga therapist and sleep coach, I have to continue to do my inner work to be able to help others. It is very rewarding to be able to support women in getting their beauty sleep. I love that I get to feel calm and relaxed myself after my 1:1 coaching calls. 🤩 But it is not always that simple or fun. A few years ago, I thought I had conquered insomnia. Then I didn’t sleep for four days after we buried my father. 😢 This has been one of the most difficult times in my life. And at the same time, I have gotten the most sleep lessons to help my clients on a deeper level.
