Settle yourself as soul. Shine from the inside out. Feel all your atoms vibrate, for everything, everything moves. All the time. Sink into that. Absolutely everything moves. Time is inescapable. Not to make us old or new, but just to carry the movement. Change was, is, will be. There is a “place” where change is not. To be there, breathe. Breathe into spirit, you, them, and everyone. Breathe into the eternal One. Move in the game of time. Pause to breathe out of time. Quiet. Feel the quiet when the spinning top stops. That’s your afterlife, just that quiet. Enjoy the game until it’s time to step out of time again.
