What is an ABSOLUTE non negotiable for you in your daily practice(s)? 🤗 As in, THIS is happening, bar none! I'll start! Coffee ☕️ followed by meditation 🧘‍♂️, and daily movement/exercise💪, even if it's just a walk. Breathwork, journaling, learning, reading, studying other things and practices if I have time... but the ones above are without exception.
