I know you're reading this and doing a double take. Like, "what Tom, are you for real?" But yes, having stress CAN be amazing. And creating a positive relationship and perception of it can actually lead to BETTER health outcomes than having no stress at all! It's all about how we perceive stress itself. Shift to thinking of it as positive and adaptive, and HOW your body responds IN stressful situations will change in major ways.
