What’s for dinner tonight? Is your plate vegetable forward or animal protein forward? As a kid I never embraced vegetables….seriously never. Luckily, this has changed. I weigh my protein and I fill the plate with beautiful veggies. Tonight’s plate is sautéed shredded Brussels sprouts with quinoa and pork tenderloin. Enjoy your favorite veg filling the plate!
